أُحِلَّ لَكُمۡ صَيۡدُ ٱلۡبَحۡرِ وَطَعَامُهُۥ مَتَٰعٗا لَّكُمۡ وَلِلسَّيَّارَةِۖ وَحُرِّمَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ صَيۡدُ ٱلۡبَرِّ مَا دُمۡتُمۡ حُرُمٗاۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ
Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers,285 but forbidden to you is game from the land as long as you are in the state of iḥrām. And fear Allāh to whom you will be gathered.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah has permitted you to fish and permitted what the sea throws out, dead or alive, to benefit the resident or to nourish the traveler. On the other hand, He has made hunting land game unlawful as long as you are in the state of Ihram (ritual sanctity). Therefore, fear Allah by complying with His commands and avoiding His prohibitions because He is the One to whom you will return on the Day of Resurrection, and He will recompense you for your deeds accordingly.
