۞ جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكَعۡبَةَ ٱلۡبَيۡتَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ قِيَٰمٗا لِّلنَّاسِ وَٱلشَّهۡرَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ وَٱلۡهَدۡيَ وَٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Allāh has made the Kaʿbah, the Sacred House, standing286 for the people and [has sanctified] the sacred months and the sacrificial animals and the garlands [by which they are identified]. That is so you may know that Allāh knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth and that Allāh is Knowing of all things.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah has made the Kaaba, the Sanctified House, an establishment for people, which secures their religious interests, such as prayer, Hajj, and Umrah, and worldly interests, such as security in the Sanctuary and the import of different fruits. He has also made the sacred months (Dhu Al-Qa'dah, Dhu Al-Hijjah, Muharram, and Rajab) an establishment for people to be safe from anyone fighting against them in these months. Then, He made the sacrificial animals and the garlands that indicate they are being taken to the Haram (Sanctuary), an establishment for people where their owners are safe from anyone harming them. All of this is Allah's favor to you so that you are aware that Allah knows everything in the heavens and the earth. His legislation of such laws that secure your interests and protect you from harm proves that He knows what is best for His slaves.
