So exalted is Allāh, the Sovereign,969 the Truth;970 there is no deity except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne.

Al-Mukhtasar
So Exalted is Allah, the King, who does as He wishes with His creation. It is He who is Truth and whose promise and statement are true. No one is worthy of worship, but He, Lord of the Noble Throne, the greatest of creation, and who is a Lord of the greatest of creation, is a Lord of all of creation.
