وَأَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنۡ أَرۡضِعِيهِۖ فَإِذَا خِفۡتِ عَلَيۡهِ فَأَلۡقِيهِ فِي ٱلۡيَمِّ وَلَا تَخَافِي وَلَا تَحۡزَنِيٓۖ إِنَّا رَآدُّوهُ إِلَيۡكِ وَجَاعِلُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
And We inspired to the mother of Moses, "Suckle him; but when you fear for him, cast him into the river and do not fear and do not grieve. Indeed, We will return him to you and will make him [one] of the messengers."

Al-Mukhtasar
Upon mentioning the fate of Pharaoh's kingdom and how Moses and his people would be honored, Allah recalls the upbringing of Moses as Allah's messenger, stating:
We inspired Moses' (peace be upon him) mother: Suckle him until you fear that Pharoah and his people will kill him, then place him in a basket and cast it into the Nile. Do not be afraid of him drowning or being harmed by Pharoah, and do not grieve over his separation from you. We will return him to you alive and make him one of Allah's messengers sent to His creation.
