Surah An-Nisa 4:3 النساء

وَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا تُقۡسِطُواْ فِي ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ فَٱنكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ مَثۡنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَۖ فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُواْ فَوَٰحِدَةً أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعُولُواْ
And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hands possess [i.e., slaves]. That is more suitable that you may not incline [to injustice].

Al-Mukhtasar
If you fear that you will not be just when marrying female orphans under your guardianship – either by reducing their dowry from what their status demands or by mistreating them – then leave them alone and marry who is agreeable among other women. If you wish, marry two, three, or four. However, if you fear that you will not be equitable between them, restrict yourself to just one, or enjoy what you possess of slave women since their rights are not the same as the rights of wives. That which is mentioned in the verse concerning orphans and restricting oneself to marrying a single woman or enjoying slave women is the closest to not being unjust and being biased.
