ضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلٗا لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱمۡرَأَتَ نُوحٖ وَٱمۡرَأَتَ لُوطٖۖ كَانَتَا تَحۡتَ عَبۡدَيۡنِ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا صَٰلِحَيۡنِ فَخَانَتَاهُمَا فَلَمۡ يُغۡنِيَا عَنۡهُمَا مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيۡـٔٗا وَقِيلَ ٱدۡخُلَا ٱلنَّارَ مَعَ ٱلدَّٰخِلِينَ
Allāh presents an example of those who disbelieved: the wife of Noah and the wife of Lot. They were under two of Our righteous servants but betrayed them,1710 so they [i.e., those prophets] did not avail them from Allāh at all, and it was said, "Enter the Fire with those who enter."

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah gives an example of those who disbelieve in Allah and His messengers, in that their relationship with the believers does not benefit, by giving the example of the case of the wives of two prophets among the prophets of Allah: Noah and Lot, peace be upon them. For they were two wives of two righteous slaves, then they betrayed their husbands by what they were upon of deterring from the way of Allah and supporting the people of disbelief from their communities. So them being the wives to these two righteous slaves did not benefit them, and it was said to them: Enter the Fire along with those entering it of the disbelievers and the wicked.
