يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ جَٰهِدِ ٱلۡكُفَّارَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱغۡلُظۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُمۡ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
O Prophet, strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination.

Al-Mukhtasar
O Messenger, struggle against the disbelievers by sword, and the hypocrites by tongue, and upholding the hudood (legislated punishments). Be severe with them until they hold you in awe. Their refuge that they shelter in on the Day of Resurrection is Hell, and their destination that they return to is a terrible one.
