ٱلتَّٰٓئِبُونَ ٱلۡعَٰبِدُونَ ٱلۡحَٰمِدُونَ ٱلسَّٰٓئِحُونَ ٱلرَّٰكِعُونَ ٱلسَّٰجِدُونَ ٱلۡأٓمِرُونَ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَٱلنَّاهُونَ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَٱلۡحَٰفِظُونَ لِحُدُودِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
[Such believers are] the repentant, the worshippers, the praisers [of Allāh], the travelers [for His cause], those who bow and prostrate [in prayer], those who enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, and those who observe the limits [set by] Allāh. And give good tidings to the believers.

Al-Mukhtasar
These people who will receive this great reward return from what Allah dislikes and despises to what He loves and approves of; they submit out of awe and humility to Allah and obey Him; they praise their Lord in all conditions; they fast and pray; they instruct and prohibit what Allah and His Messenger instructs and prohibits; they guard Allah's instructions through following them and His prohibitions through avoiding them. O Messenger, tell the believers with these qualities the good news of what will make them happy in this world and the Hereafter.
