لَّوۡ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدٗا لَّٱصۡطَفَىٰ مِمَّا يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُۚ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥۖ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡوَٰحِدُ ٱلۡقَهَّارُ
If Allāh had intended to take a son, He could have chosen from what He creates whatever He willed. Exalted is He; He is Allāh, the One, the Prevailing.1340

Al-Mukhtasar
If Allah wanted to take a son, He would have chosen whom He wanted from His creation and taken him as a child. Free and sanctified is He, from what these polytheists say. He is One in His essence, attributes, and actions, having no partner in them, the Subduer of all His creation.
