وَإِنِ ٱمۡرَأَةٌ خَافَتۡ مِنۢ بَعۡلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوۡ إِعۡرَاضٗا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَآ أَن يُصۡلِحَا بَيۡنَهُمَا صُلۡحٗاۚ وَٱلصُّلۡحُ خَيۡرٞۗ وَأُحۡضِرَتِ ٱلۡأَنفُسُ ٱلشُّحَّۚ وَإِن تُحۡسِنُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٗا
And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of settlement between them - and settlement is best. And present in [human] souls is stinginess.220 But if you do good and fear Allāh - then indeed Allāh is ever, of what you do, Aware.

Al-Mukhtasar
If a woman fears disdain and a loss of desire from her husband, there is no sin in reaching a compromise where the woman gives up some of the rights owed to her, such as maintenance and spending the night together. Reconciliation is better for both of them than divorce. People have a natural tendency towards greed and miserliness. So, they are not keen on giving up rights owed to them. Therefore, spouses should cure this behavior by cultivating tolerance and benevolence. If you achieve excellent conduct in all your affairs and fear Allah by fulfilling His commands and avoiding what He prohibits, then Allah is All-Aware of what you do. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He will repay you for it.
